Production Storage Quotas
All MAM systems manage media files stored on production storage arrays, and the disk space on this fast and fault tolerant storage is quite expensive.
To allow you utilise it more efficiently we have added a disk quota system to AutoPlay.
Now the administrator can restrict the amount of disk space used for a certain topic, program or company division, even with several production storages in the system.
Clip groups can be created based on their Categories, and the storage quotas for those groups can be set and monitored.
