Azimuth Soft Demonstrated Proven Playout, NRCS and Live Production Solutions at IBC 2019
Azimuth Soft demonstrated its latest powerful solutions for playout, NRCS&News Operations and Live Production at IBC 2019 which took place in the city of Amsterdam from September, 13-17. It was 5 pretty exciting days where our experts provided in-depth support for businesses looking for migration strategies that allow our customers to maximise effeciences.

At IBC 2019, Azimuth Soft showed three products: AutoPlay, an integrated playout solution from simple to complex, which enable to automate the workflow environment, maximize the value of media assets efficiently. Azimuth Soft’s NewsHouse, an end-to-end newsroom platform designed to meet all the challenges that modern newsroom workflows face. It allows journalists, editors, and producers to collaboratively plan, create and deliver news. Suitable for all newsroom types and sizes it provides several advanced tools for planning, ingest, scripting, editing, production, playout, analysis and archive – giving broadcasters the power, flexibility and automation capabilities needed to drive productivity and revenue.
Demonstrations at IBC 2019 included the latest in playout functionality built on the Azimuth modular playout platform from BRAM Technologies. Providing all the functionality it seamlessly fits into any architecture, making it an ideal platform for media companies to expand existing operation and be confident as it will provide full performance.
Now widely recognised as particularly useful for multicamera ingest productions our latest product Studio X for live production was also featured at the Azimuth Soft stand. Content such as TV shows and concert coverage requires highly interactive software, and the ability to quickly process large amounts of content. Studio X provides several functions, and can manage an unlimited number of channels and associated equipment. It also allows ‘on the fly’ editing and the convenient preparation of files for multicamera montages. The results are shorter production cycles and enriched content.
